I hereby make application for membership in the New York State Circulation Management Association, Inc. and promise to adhere to its constitution and the Rules and Regulations adopted by the Association or its Board of Directors.

I pledge my active, loyal cooperation in promoting the aims of this Association.

Namely:

"The object of this Association shall be the mutual enlightenment of its members through interchange of thought and experience. The solution of common problems and the furtherance of the best interests of its members and the newspaper which they represent."

"First year Association dues of fifty dollars ($50.00) for Regular Members and fifty dollars ($50.00) for Associate Members shall accompany this application for membership in the Association. This fee to be returned to applicant should he or she for any reason be rejected. Thereafter the annual dues for maintaining the Association and providing for its expenses shall be fifty dollars ($50.00) for regular Members and fifty dollars ($50.00) for Associate Members, and such dues shall be payable in advance of the annual meeting."
