Future Leaders Scholarship Award

2007 winner - The Post-Standard, Syracuse will attend the NAA Marketing Conference February 23-27, 2008 in Orlando, Florida.

The NYSCMA Board is proud to announce the annual Future Leaders Scholarship Award. The winning newspaper will receive a full-paid trip to send one person to the Future Leaders Program held in conjunction with the NAA Marketing Conference each year.

The scholarship is decided and announced at the NYSCMA Fall board meeting.

The Future Leader program was developed to foster the growth of up-and-coming decision-makers from across the country and has garnered praise from newspaper professionals from all circulation sizes. It provides an opportunity to join the industry’s rising elite in an exclusive curriculum designed to impart management and leadership skills that can be utilized throughout a rising professional’s entire career.
